• We can work with you pre event to determine your Box Office and ticketing requirements.
• We can draw on our experience, advise on ticketing processes and how these can be managed onsite.
• Once your needs have been established we will provide you with a clear, thorough and competitive quote.

Staff

• You will have an experienced and dedicated Show Manager who will run your Box Office throughout the duration of your event.
• We will provide trained and professional Front of House staff experienced in dealing with money and members of the public.
• We can provide staff to manage your advance ticket collection point and sell your Show Guides.

Reporting

• We can provide invaluable live ticket sales reporting during your show which will incorporate both onsite and advance ticket holders who have entered your show.
• Post show you will receive a full financial report which will incorporate all ticket sales.
• We will provide you with all ticket stubs, counted and bundled in accordance to ABC requirements.

Cash Handling

• We can arrange your float.
• We can arrange your cash collection and banking.

Consultancy

• Count on Me Ltd offer a high level consultancy service. We will gladly spend time discussing and advising you on ticketing procedures and solutions for your events.

Equipment

• We can provide bespoke ticket stock which can feature your specific event logos and Terms and Conditions.
• Tills – we have a stock of tills for hire. These can be pre programmed for your specific event needs.
